5. Matt Hardy, Tommy Dreamer, Evan Bourne, & Finlay: They def. The Miz, John Morrison, Chavo Guerrero, & Mark Henry in an 8-Man Tag Team Match. Matt Hardy stayed same. Finlay Moved up one.
6. R-Truth: Undefeated on Friday Night SmackDown. Moved up three.
7. Ricky Ortiz: Undefeated on ECW.
8. Brie Bella: Undefeated on Friday Night SmackDown. Moved up two.
9. Super Crazy: He was able to pick up a win on SmackDown and ECW.
10. World Tag Team Champions Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase Jr.: Was able to get their titles back from JTG & Shad. Stayed the same.
