For this Raw, Raw General Manager: Mike Adamle left World Heavyweight Champion: Chris Jericho in charge of Monday Night Raw after WWE Executive: Stephanie McMahon and WWE Executive: Shane McMahon called Raw General Manager: Mike Adamle for a special meeting.

Women's Champion: Beth Phoenix & Intercontinental Champion: Santino Marella def. Mickie James & Jamie Noble (Mixed Tag Team Match)
Overlooking this match were King of the Ring 2008: William Regal & Layla. Intercontinental Champion: Santino Marella is looking to be the longest Intercontinental by that he has to be the the Honky Tonky Man's 64 Intercontinental Regin. Kane & Mark Henry w/ Tony Atlas def. ECW Champion: Matt Hardy & Rey Mysterio (Tag Team Match)
Kane tagged with Mark Henry. While the Manager of Mark Henry, Tony Atlas came out to the match to suportt Kane & Mark Henry during the match. ECW Champion: Matt Hardy and Rey Mysterio tagged together for this tag team match. Matt Hardy doesn't like Mark Henry and Rey Mysterio doesn't like Kane. Kane took Rey Mysterio time out of his career after brutalizing Rey Mysterio in a parking lot. Also, Kane tried to unmasked Rey Mysterio. Mark Henry doesn't like Matt Hardy because Matt Hardy took Mark Henry's ECW title in an ECW Championship Scramble Match and Mark Henry hasn't been pinned in the match. Before the night’s main event even began, World Heavyweight Champion and self-appointed referee Chris Jericho made a couple of changes to the match. Hoping to stack the deck against Batista, he brought out William Regal as a special timekeeper and Randy Orton as a guest commentator. Despite being surrounded by enemies, The Animal fought back, and was able to defeat JBL when Raw General Manager Adamle emerged with a second official.
